The new Great Tasting Trail will take you on a tasty journey through the centrepiece of the Showgrounds, the Grand Pavilion. The Great Tasting Trail is your chance to experience the best Victoria has to offer including produce from the feature region, Grampians Pyrenees, plus Dairy Australia, Yarra Valley wines and the Bakehouse Industry pie-making exhibition.
The Grand Pavilion is also home to the Safeway Fresh Food Showcase, which is a highlight for all budding chefs and food-lovers. The Showcase will feature regular demonstrations, quick tips and giveaways throughout the day.
Plus visit the new Victorian Farmer's Market Association stand featuring a splendid array of farmer's market produce which you can take home in a fantastic value showbag.
Be sure to visit the Victorian Apiarists Association site to learn about bees and taste their delicious honey products.
2008 Victorian Cupping Championships
The Australian Cupping Championships (ACC) is the highlight of the Australian Coffee Roasters year (ACR). Growing in popularity every year, the ACC seeks to find the best Cupper to represent Australia at the World Cupping Championships. The ACR will be running latte art demonstrations, cupping demonstrations and holding the Cupping Championships on 20 September in the Grand Pavilion from 10.30am-5pm.

Local TV chef Duncan White-Robertson will expertly guide our stars through this cooking competition and judge the winner in the end.
