With your support the Royal Melbourne Show continues to be Victoria’s largest and most popular annual community entertainment event and to create excitement among patrons, with consistently large crowds on days with fine weather. Although near record crowds were experienced on most days, the 2011 Show experienced four days of inclement weather including the wettest September day in more than 50 years, which restricted overall numbers.
The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria is committed to improving and enhancing the Royal Melbourne Show year on year, taking on customer feedback to ensure the product continues to evolve to maximize the appeal and success of the event.
The 157th Royal Melbourne Show will be held at Melbourne Showground from Saturday 22 September to Tuesday 2 October 2012.
